    The magazine focuses on the rules recommended by the European Convention on the Protection of Vertebrate Animals (Strasbourg, 1986), in accordance with the requirements of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE), as well as the recommendation “Bioethical examination of document management in high-tech research, before and after the war.” on the mountains ”(Kiev, 2006). All procedures described in experiments using laboratory animals, in any work using materials obtained from humans or from donors and / or patients, must be carried out in accordance with the norms of bioethics. It is necessary to indicate any recommendations for working with animals (national, institute) during these procedures. If it is impossible to fully comply with the requirements relating to compliance with the rules and regulations, a shift protocol must be approved, a local bioethics committee will be approved and changes in the Materials and Methods section will be indicated.
